Reginald "Reggie" Holt brings 30 years of experience across healthcare strategy, M&A, venture investment, valuation, distressed acquisitions, regulatory governance, and post-merger integration. He has held board-level leadership roles across nine ventures with three successful exits, and brings deep experience in CMS/OIG strategy and capital allocation.

Reggie helps the company speak the language of investors and operators. His network spans healthcare PE, venture capital, hospital system venture arms, and institutional investment – built over decades of deal-making across the US and South Africa.

Ty Mclean

Co-founder, President & Chief Product Officer

Ty Mclean is the product and engineering force behind Moneta Intelligence. He built the entire Moneta diligence and valuation system end to end – from data room ingestion and document triage through five-pillar analysis, independent valuation with live public-market comparables, cross-pillar synthesis, and institutional-grade report generation.

His background combines AI and software engineering, financial economics, digital marketing, and B2B sales. Ty demonstrates that the underlying system is not just AI-assisted writing, but an engineered workflow with structured, auditable outputs.
